The Qianfoshan Campus Library was completed and put into use in 1986, with a building area of 13400 square meters, 7 stacks, 14 reading rooms and 1400 reading seats. The temporary building of the library management department in Changqing Campus covers an area of 6,270 square meters, including reading room 1 1, basic stacks 1 and reading seats 1. The underground stacks and reference rooms of each department cover an area of 5,200 square meters, totaling 24,870 square meters. Libraries all adopt the integrated management mode of collection, lending and reading.

The new library of Changqing Lake Campus opened on 20 15, with a total construction area of 50,934.67 square meters, 9 floors above ground, semi-underground 1 floor, and a building height of 46.7 meters. There are eight spaces (readers' study space, special collection reading space, information enjoyment space, comprehensive service space, exhibition exchange space, academic and learning research space, Chinese and foreign cultural exchange space and leisure exchange space), two areas (technical support area and business office area) and three stacks (special collection stacks, dense stacks and sample stacks). Semi-basement is mainly used for business office area, special stacks and dense stacks; The first floor is a comprehensive service space, information sharing space, exhibition and exchange space and technical support area; The second to sixth floors are reading spaces for readers. According to the Library Classification of China, considering the characteristics of subject distribution, there are 10 library reading service areas (including 15 relatively closed and independent study and training rooms for student readers) from top to bottom and from east to west. The seventh floor is the cultural exchange space and leisure exchange space between China and foreign countries; The eighth floor is a special reading space and office area; The ninth floor is a sample stack room and an academic research space for school teachers. The new library will accommodate 2 million paper books, provide more than 4,300 reading seats, and plan to build bookstores, coffee bars and other service facilities to meet the diverse needs of teachers and students.
