Zhenxiong County is located at the junction of northeast Yunnan Province and Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan Province. Known as the "three provinces of crowing", it is the birthplace of Chishui River, which enjoys the reputation of "wine river". It is an old revolutionary county in China. The county covers an area of 3,696 square kilometers, governs 30 townships (streets), 262 villages (communities) and 5,480 village (residential) groups. There are 17 ethnic minorities such as Yi, Miao, Bai and Hui, with a total population of 17 1000. It is Yunnan.
