Chinese books, periodicals, CDs attached with books and audio-visual materials can be borrowed in 4 volumes. Books and CDs can be borrowed for 30 days and renewed once; Periodical borrowing 14 days, cannot be renewed; Audio-visual materials can be lent out for 7 days and cannot be renewed. Books, periodicals and CD-ROMs attached with books shall be used for an extended period of time in 0.2 yuan per volume, and audio-visual materials shall be used for an extended period of time in 0.5 yuan per volume. The overdue usage fee for each volume shall not exceed 50 yuan.
2, a card B card deposit 200 yuan. It can be borrowed from card reading rooms (districts) in member libraries participating in lending and returning in Chongqing and reading rooms (districts) in Chongqing Library. You can borrow 6 volumes of Chinese and foreign books, periodicals, CDs and audio-visual materials. Among them, foreign language books and periodicals shall not exceed 1 volume. The loan term, renewal and overdue use fee are the same as above.
3. All-in-one card C certificate is deposited in 500 yuan. It can be borrowed from card reading rooms (districts) in member libraries participating in lending and returning in Chongqing and reading rooms (districts) in Chongqing Library. Books and periodicals in Chinese and foreign languages can be borrowed *** 10. Among them, foreign language books and periodicals shall not exceed 1 volume. The loan term, renewal and overdue use fee are the same as above.
4. The deposit for children's library card is 50 yuan. You can borrow three books from the children's reading room and the children's reading room of Chongqing Library. The loan term, renewal and overdue use fee are the same as above. Multimedia computers can be used in children's reading rooms.
5. Temporary reading card deposit 10 yuan. The reading room (area) of Chongqing Library is valid for 1 day and will be returned on the day of use.
Second, the documents required for the license.
Identity card (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), passport, Taiwan Province compatriots' home visit permit, military officer's card and other valid documents. Children who have not obtained an identity card can apply for it with their household registration book or birth certificate.
Third, the steps of applying for a certificate
