A, outpatient treatment instructions

Real-name registration system is fully implemented in our hospital. All patients who come to the hospital must show their ID cards or social security cards, and cooperate with the medical staff for temperature detection, code scanning registration and epidemiological history investigation. Please do personal protection when you come to the hospital, and wear a mask correctly all the time.

Emergency and fever clinics are open 24 hours a day. In case of any of the following situations, please take the initiative to inform the staff and lead them to the fever clinic by a special person. All patients in the fever clinic are under observation and tested for nucleic acid.

1, body temperature ≥37.3℃, or other suspicious discomfort symptoms such as dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc.

2. Have a history of living abroad or other high-risk areas in the past two weeks, and have a history of contact;

3. Recently contacted with a confirmed patient, suspected patient or asymptomatic infected person in COVID-19;

4. The health pass code is displayed in red or yellow;

5. The communities or people around you have cluster diseases.

It is recommended to make an appointment at different times and see a doctor at different peaks. You can come to the hospital according to the appointment time through various channels, such as WeChat appointment, outpatient appointment, telephone appointment, official website appointment, etc., and arrange the medical plan in advance to minimize the hospitalization time.

During the medical treatment, please keep a safe distance of at least one meter from others, and wait in the medical treatment area. The outpatient department strictly abides by one doctor, one patient and one consulting room, minimizing the number of accompanying personnel and effectively avoiding secondary gathering.

Second, the hospitalized patients and accompanying matters needing attention:

Patients must be tested for nucleic acid before hospitalization, and patients and accompanying staff can only be hospitalized if the results of COVID-19 nucleic acid test are negative.

Critical patients should be tested for nucleic acid at the same time, and stay in the buffer ward before the nucleic acid results are issued. After the negative results of nucleic acid test report are issued, they can be transferred to other wards. In principle, patients in the buffer zone do not need to be escorted. Under special circumstances, it can be accompanied by 1 person, and closed management can be implemented with hospitalized patients.

Continue to implement the no-visit rule and encourage everyone to visit by phone or WeChat.

The inpatient ward is subject to 24-hour access control, and no escort is needed unless necessary. If escort is really necessary, 1 fixed escort personnel can be arranged. Please cooperate with the staff to complete health registration management and nucleic acid detection, issue wristbands, and enter the inpatient department with wristbands and nucleic acid detection reports, without fraudulent substitution. The entourage shall not be replaced in principle. If they really need to be replaced, they must have a negative nucleic acid test result.

Patients wear masks regularly throughout the whole process, move within a fixed range, do not gather, and do not string wards to prevent cross-infection.
