Reading when I was a child was really lively: between green mountains and green waters, teachers and students read aloud; In spring, summer, autumn and winter, children go to school in a panic. At school, hundreds of children frolic into the dilapidated gate of primary school, which may be squeezed down at any time; After school, groups of children chase after each other on the country road.

But now, the beautiful two-story building in the primary school stands there alone, and a few birds are walking leisurely in the wide yard. One or two teachers are guarding three or five students, and the sparse reading sound is monotonous and empty-if there is no reading sound in the countryside, it feels that there is no soul in the countryside.

There is a shocking number: 1.975, there were 1.057 million rural primary schools; in 2065, there were1.060 million rural primary schools in China; in 2006, there were 4.38+0.060 million, a total decrease of 950,000 in 40 years, with an average of 65 rural primary schools disappearing every day. The village is very small, and it will become an idyll with scattered songs, and it will become a swan song for a generation to remember the past.

Is this the decline of rural education or the inevitable development of the times? Should we wait for the last village to die naturally, or do something? Personally, despite all kinds of reluctance, declining villages should be closed at the right time, and it is an inevitable trend to combine boarding schools with rural education development.

First, the allocation of educational resources in village primary schools is low, making it difficult to ensure the quality of teaching.

The village is remote and the young teachers don't want to come. Most of them are old teachers guarding a few or dozens of childish dolls. Most of these old teachers are private teachers who turned positive in their early years, with low academic level, outdated knowledge structure and backward teaching methods. Most of them are facing retirement and lack work passion. In addition, the mountain is high and the emperor is far away, and the teaching management is almost out of control. Giving the children in the enlightenment stage to such an old teacher is really a loss at the starting line.

Some people say that there are few children in the village now, almost one teacher and one student, which is more conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and is a blessing for rural children. It is taken for granted that children must grow better among their peers and are more conducive to the improvement of academic performance and the formation of ideological and moral character in class groups. In recent years, it has become increasingly difficult for children from poor families to enter famous universities such as Tsinghua Peking University. The fundamental reason is that the enlightenment education of rural children is too weak.

Second, the merger of small villages is an inevitable trend, and boarding schools are the best choice.

1. Boarding schools are generally located in streets and towns, located in the local center. Better school conditions, higher teacher allocation and better teaching management can solve the serious problem of poor teaching quality in small villages. 2. Boarding school students are managed by special teachers in the morning and evening, so they can have more time to help students study, which solves the problem that grandparents of left-behind children can't urge their children to study.

3. Boarding schools avoid parents picking up and dropping off every day, so that parents can have time for other jobs. You can also recruit a number of nurses from female parents to take care of their children's diet and help them find jobs. 4. After the merger of villages and small schools, if students choose to study day, now every village and town are connected by roads, and the transportation is convenient, so it is not a problem to pick up and drop off students. For safety reasons, the school can also organize students to pick up and drop off.

Castle peak can't cover up, after all, it flows east. Facing the increasingly depressed countryside, it is better to have long-term pain than short-term pain, and combining boarding schools is a better way out.
