Qinxian County is located in the north-east of Shanxi, between Taihang Mountain and Taiyue Mountain, with an area of 1, 3 1.8 square kilometers. The specialty is Qinzhou millet, which belongs to warm temperate semi-humid continental monsoon climate. Since ancient times, it has been called "the gateway of Jizhou and the throat of Luze".
