I see another place that can be repaired is China Bookstore, which is in the northwest corner of the intersection of Hufangqiao. You can take Line 7 and get off at Hufang Bridge.
If it is a precious book, it is best not to take it to the printing factory for repair and copying. If you want to do it yourself, first separate the book body from the book shell, then carefully tear off each page, tidy it up and clean up the old glue. Then find something that can hold the book vertically. The two sides of the book are sandwiched by a piece of cardboard, and the spine of the book is about three fingers higher.
The whole book is pressed to the left at the spine, then glued along the spine, then pressed to the right, and glued along the spine. Then let go, let the book stand naturally, and wipe it with your fingers along both sides of the spine to ensure that there is no gap on each page at the spine. Leave it there to dry. Glue is PVA glue, I don't know what Chinese is.
Finally, stick it on the book before and after the original tail paper, and then press it with a heavy object. When pressing, put a flat and clean board on it and touch it evenly.
Of course, this is just an answer after seeing a photo with unclear subject. Maybe there are other problems with this book. There are other ways to repair the perfect bound book. What I'm talking about here is just manual practice, and the machine is not clear.
If you like, you can leave a message and ask me for an estimate. Hahaha, but I'm in England. Or you can find out whether there are bookbinders in China and talk to them.
