Bing Xin (1900- 1999), formerly known as Xie Wanying, was born in Changle, Fujian. After 1980s, her writing entered a new climax. With her passion for telling the truth, she wrote a lot of memoirs, essays and short stories, which were well received by readers. Bing Xin met Wu Wenzao on President Jackson's cruise ship to America. Bing Xin studied for a degree in literature at the Institute of Wellesley Women's University, and Wu Wenzao studied sociology at Dartmouth College. By communicating with each other, they gradually deepened their understanding. 1925 In the summer, Bing Xin and Wu Wenzao went to Cornell University to study French. In the beautiful campus and quiet environment, they fell in love. Ice core research

Bing Xin, an important writer who enjoys a high reputation in the literary world, has traveled all over the world in this span of more than 70 years. How much information needs to be collected! ? The first batch of articles on the study of ice core were collected. Yao Chunshu and Wang, professors of Chinese Department of Fujian Normal University, gave strong support, assigned Li Ling and Yao, graduate students in the reference room of Chinese Department, to help, and went to Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and other places to search and collect. Their hard work accumulated the first batch of valuable materials for the study of Bing Xin. In the process of extensive data collection, we received selfless help from Mr. Bing Xin himself, his daughter Professor Qingwu and his son-in-law Professor Chen Shu, Bing Xin research expert Zhuo Ru, and Yi Shu, director of China Modern Literature Museum, and also received strong support from all walks of life, which enabled the data collection of Bing Xin research to proceed smoothly. At the same time, some valuable materials were collected by holding activities such as "Bing Xin's Life and Creation Exhibition" and "Bing Xin's Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition". After several years of hard work, it can be said that the information collected and accumulated is considerable. ?

This is the most basic data accumulation and capital for the study of Bingxin, and the work of Bingxin research will be carried out and deepened on this basis. ?

Some of these materials, including more than 500 photos and more than 300 objects, have been collected in the newly-built Bingxin Literature Museum in 1997. These rich and vivid exhibits have attracted countless audiences at home and abroad. At the same time, the establishment of Bingxin Literature Museum provides an important place for further data collection and research on Bingxin, and strengthens the contact with Bingxin researchers at home and abroad. Bingxin Literature Museum is moving towards the direction of "Bingxin Research Center". The other part of the collected materials were edited into Bing Xin Research Series, Bing Xin Lun Ji (I), Bing Xin Lun Ji (II) and Bing Xin Rose, which were published by the Straits Literature and Art Publishing House on the occasion of Mr. Bing Xin's birthday100th anniversary in June 2000.

On the basis of this series, the online edition of Bing Xin Research was re-edited according to the particularity of the network. Bing Xin Lun Ji (I) selected important comments and research articles published in newspapers and periodicals at home and abroad from 19 19 to 1998 when Bing Xin first appeared in the literary world. Bing Xin Lun Ji (II) was selected as the academic paper of the First International Symposium on Bing Xin Literature held in September at Bing Xin Literature Museum. 1999. These works describe Bing Xin vividly, sincerely and humorously, which are not only of high literary value, but also important historical materials for studying Bing Xin.
