Sort first, select the area to sort, click menu-sort-primary keyword to select quarter, select ascending keyword-secondary keyword to select distribution department on the right, and select descending on the right. -"Okay"

Then advanced filtering, paste a copy of the header in A46:F46, enter "children's books" in line 47 of the book category column, and enter "< 2 1", then A46:F47 is the conditional area. Click menu-Filter-Advanced Filter-List area to select the area to sort, and select A46:F47- OK as the condition area.
