Confused group owners can always "think what we think and worry about what we are in a hurry". People who know us are confused. This time, she invited key teachers from Henan Province, famous teachers from Henan Province, top-notch talents from Luohe City, top ten outstanding young people from Yuanhui District, and principal Li Jing of experimental primary school in Yuanhui District of Luohe City to give us a lecture on topic selection and promotion.
President Li Jing regards the teachers of Xiangcheng project team as family members, brothers and sisters. After cordial greetings, she began her very basic and enlightening speech. Her lecture mainly covers three aspects: why, how to do it and what to say later.
First, why?
What's the topic? President Li Jing said that this issue is an attempt, exploration, research and discussion. Project research is a problem-oriented, accumulated wisdom and generated thinking sparks.
She used Einstein's famous words to demonstrate that it is often more important to ask a question than to solve it. Because solving problems is just a skill, but it takes creativity and imagination to ask new questions. Next, she expounded four major problems in practical research: the research goal is uncertain-the goal orientation is not clear in the initial stage of research; Not sure about the research content-too much or too little research content, and confused about the next research; I'm not sure about the research results-I'm confused and more or less inappropriate; This research report is not comprehensive and clear enough.
In fact, compared with my own experience in doing this project, the four questions mentioned by President Li Jing puzzled me more or less. I think: if I can hear this report earlier, I can avoid many detours. Just like the confused group owner said: we can't choose a topic with a dull head, but we should use the tools at hand. And I think: the teacher's guidance is the shortest way.
Second, how to do it?
The topic has been chosen, how to operate it? President Li Jing believes that we should not only pay attention to the thinking process of design themes, but also have a strong sense of readers.
First of all, the thinking process of the design topic pays attention to five aspects: how to determine the research topic, what is the research content, how many research methods are there, how to present the research results, and whether the research report is of high quality. She made a vivid analogy, saying that this thinking process is like considering students and learning situation when we write lesson plans and learn texts, so that we will have more preset questions so as not to be confused and unable to find the direction. She also gave an example: for example, the thinking process of topic selection, the research content of topic prediction, the research content of topic analysis, and all the problems from the reader's point of view. When designing applications, we should also consider how to write research reports.
Secondly, the basic ways and methods of choosing the topic, she said that the problem we studied must be a real problem. So where does the problem come from? President Jin said: Look for problems from 10. 1. Choose a topic from the problems and puzzles in education and teaching. 2. Find the topic in the discussion and exchange. 3. Reflect on the topic in theoretical study. 4. Find the questions in the students' responses. 5. Learn from your own class management. 6. Extract the topic from the existing experimental transformation. 7. From innovative work. 8. Form a topic from experience summary. 9. Select a topic from the topic guide. 10. Explore topics from your own educational needs and resources. She also reminded us in particular that we should first record the problems we encountered in the process of education and teaching, establish our own problem base, and then refine and dig out valuable topics suitable for our own research.
Then, through one example after another, she described in detail the problems that should be paid attention to when drafting the topic. First, the topic should be small but not big, the topic is too big, and the research content is not clear. Second, the research object is unclear and inaccurate. Third, the purpose and result of the research has become a topic, without a foothold. Fourth, the vocabulary is not universal and the meaning is not clear. Fifth, the expression of subject names is not standardized. For example, use words such as "about", "against", "right" and "letting"; Use words such as "how" and "how"; Use words such as "analysis", "shallow talk" and "preliminary research"; Use rhetorical devices such as metaphor, personification and exaggeration; Inaccurate sentences; Too close to the slogan; The main title abuses poetry, etc. , and the subtitle is the research topic; Definition of redundancy; There are "topics" or "small topics" in the topic. In this way, we have a strong guiding significance when formulating the subject.
Next, she talked about six common modes of topic preparation: 1, research object+research content+research method. 2. Theoretical basis+research purpose+research method. 3. Theoretical basis+specific means+research purpose. 4. Theoretical basis+research object+research content formula. 5. Research object+specific practice+research purpose. 6. Research background (realistic background, historical background and theoretical background)+research object+research content.
After listening to this guidance, I can't help feeling: Listening to a teacher is really better than studying for ten years!
Third, what is written at the back.
At the end of the lecture, President Li Jing warned us that we must choose topics from our own teaching practice. The problem is the subject, the strategy is the research, and the harvest is the result.
Which teacher doesn't meet a few students who don't hand in their homework in teaching? Therefore, "research on solving the problem of special students not handing in their homework in class" has become a topic. Is it too grounded?
What's so good about that good result? President Li Jing said: Fortunately, it is powerful, operable, comprehensive and effective. We not only attach importance to the project, but also attach importance to the publicity and promotion of the project, which has important guiding significance.

The confused group owner summed up his speech: we should pay attention to practicality when doing projects and use the conclusions made by others directly. Topic selection is a process of repeated selection and tempering. "Although it is difficult, it is difficult to blow up the yellow sand before it reaches the gold." A good topic selection means that the topic selection is accurate, the proposed topic is correct, conforms to the teaching practice, and can solve practical problems in teaching work.
