When publishing a book, a book publisher shall conclude a publishing contract with the copyright owner and pay remuneration.

Article 36

A book publisher may, with the permission of the author, modify or abridge the work.

Newspapers and periodicals can modify or abridge their works in words. The modification of the content must be approved by the author.

Article 37

Publishers have the right to license or prohibit others from using the layout design of their published books and periodicals.

The term of protection of the rights specified in the preceding paragraph is ten years, ending on the 10 day after the first publication of the books and periodicals designed in this format.
