Your days have passed, and you have been looking for the most insignificant peak in a cycle. When you feel this feeling, you will feel empty, because once you feel it, it will disappear the next moment and you will continue to protect it. Your life is in autopilot mode, and your reaction doesn't seem to have any additional changes. In most cases, it is the same.
Your brain is full of endless TV programs, and you don't have enough time to study because you don't know what you are really interested in. There seems to be nothing that interests you except speeding up.
The cycle of sleeping, working, eating, drinking water and taking drugs (no matter what shortcomings) is repeated and becomes an endless chronic disease. Many years have passed and you don't know it.
[o] Look in the mirror and you will find that you look old, but you don't seem to have done anything to change your lifestyle, or in this journey called life progress.
You will feel angry, sad, desperate and depressed, you will blame the society, you will blame your family, you will do everything possible to blame your illness and continue to live this life.
You don't risk bursting bubbles or exploring any natural physical forms. You won't even risk reading a book, going to the library, or walking around the block.
Recognize this, understand this, and know that if you want to make progress in life, this is the only way you can go. The sooner you realize that you won't give anything on your plate to anyone, but win everything yourself, you can start your journey.
You need the courage to take the first step and don't spend too much time thinking, because you will say your thoughts in some way.
Overthinking will stifle your progress. Have a goal, a path, a step, take the first step and move on. You will find that as you move forward, there will be positive feedback (when things go according to plan), and as you move forward, your confidence will grow, which will slowly open the door to different opportunities and choices.
However, sometimes things don't go as you think (this will happen in 80% cases, but it doesn't matter, you can learn from your mistakes, which can teach you what not to do when you move on).
It is not enough to stop moving towards your goal and rest. I know it's painful, but you need to keep improving so that you can see the opportunities ahead.
Your life is short, and the sooner you realize your passion, the answer is there.
Life is about life, not just being.
Know who you are, look inside yourself, find out what hurts you, and find out how you want to move on.
But don't destroy your power.
You also have the ability to excel in society.
