China Nuclear Industry Factory 504 is located in the former Nuclear Industry Factory 504 in Xigu District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, which is an important origin of China's nuclear fuel industry. As one of the key projects of Soviet aid to China 156, the site selection and construction of the factory have been approved by the national leaders personally. 1958 started construction, and 1964 was officially put into production.
