Scientific research and achievements: It has undertaken and participated in more than 50 national water projects, national "863" projects, national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological research support projects, national natural science foundation projects, outstanding young teachers' funding projects of the Ministry of Education, scientific and technological research projects of the Ministry of Education, doctoral programs in universities, outstanding young and middle-aged scientists' award funds in Shandong Province, and other key scientific and technological research projects in Shandong Province, key projects of natural science funds in Shandong Province, and key projects of environmental protection in Shandong Province. He has published more than 260 academic papers in Chinese and foreign academic journals (including more than 30 articles collected by sci, ei and istp/KLOC-0) and more than 60 academic conference papers at home and abroad. More than ten kinds of new high-efficiency water treatment agents have been developed, and most of the developed products have been put into industrial production and application. The research results have won many awards (including: 1 second prize of national scientific and technological progress, 1 second prize of national scientific and technological progress nominated by the Ministry of Education, 1 third prize of environmental protection technology, 1 tenth prize of Shandong Province) 1999 was awarded the third outstanding environmental science and technology worker award by Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, the fifth outstanding environmental science and technology worker award by Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, the special nomination award in 2003, and the title of top ten outstanding young and middle-aged scientists in Shandong Province in 2002.

Introduction:
Male, doctor, researcher, doctoral supervisor, candidate of "Hundred Talents Program" of China Academy of Sciences, and head of the research group of water pollution control technology. 1982 graduated from Harbin Jianzhu University with a bachelor's degree, 1987 with a master's degree in water supply and drainage engineering, and 1998 with a doctorate in environmental engineering from Harbin Jianzhu University. From 1994 to 1996, and from 1998 to 1999, I visited the Institute of Environmental Sciences (TNO-MEP) of the Netherlands Academy of Applied Sciences twice to participate in international cooperation projects. At present, the academic part-time jobs are: member of the Academic Degree Committee of the Center for Ecological Environment Research of Chinese Academy of Sciences, member of the Academic Committee of the Laboratory of Water Quality Engineering and Water Environment Restoration of Beijing Key Laboratory, professor of the Graduate School of China Academy of Sciences, and deputy director of the Industrial Water Supply and Drainage Committee of china civil engineering society Water Industry Branch; Associate editor of Journal of Environmental Engineering, etc. He is currently the director of the water pollution control technology research office.
Mainly engaged in the research and application of water pollution control and sewage recycling technology and its mechanism. The main research contents are as follows: (1) Research on new technologies of wastewater biological treatment, including new three-dimensional integrated oxidation ditch, new low-energy membrane bioreactor, biodegradation mechanism and technology of toxic and harmful pollutants, biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology, etc. ⑵ Study on biodegradation mechanism of volatile organic pollutants and malodorous substances and new reactor; ⑶ Research on sludge treatment and utilization technology. Through the innovation and optimized combination of monomer technology, an economical, efficient and clean sewage treatment integrated process or system will be formed.
He has undertaken and completed more than 40 international cooperation projects, national, provincial, academy of sciences and local scientific and technological research and practical engineering projects, won 4 national and provincial scientific and technological progress awards, published more than 20 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, applied for more than 40 invention patents, among which 27 were authorized and registered computer software works 1 piece. At present, it is undertaking a number of research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Science and Technology Support Program, the "Water Project" and major projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
