History of Suzhou University is a brand major in Jiangsu Province. The sociology major of Suzhou University can be traced back to Soochow University, the predecessor of Suzhou University. 19 17 Mr. Zhao (Master of Taoism and Literature, Vanderbilt University, USA) started the sociology course. 1927, School of Literature, Suzhou University established the Department of Sociology. Pan Guangdan, Fei Xiaotong, Lei Jieqiong and other famous sociologists are all alumni of the school.
