The National Library is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. It mainly undertakes the duties of the National Ancient Books Protection Center, the National Ancient Books Museum, the National Literature Information Resource Database (National Knowledge Base), the National Bibliography Center, the National Library Information Network Center and the National Library Development Research Center.
