The museum was established in February of 10 (192 1), and is located beside Jingting Bridge in Hangzhou. /kloc-in August of 0/6, it was changed to Hangxian Education Circulation Library. The museum moved to the Hangzhou county government where the Hangzhou Water Pavilion is located. The director of education is also the curator, with two staff members, and the annual funding is 1.29 yuan. 18 years, moved to Xiaotaer Lane, Hangzhou. In April of the following year 1, it was changed to Hangzhou county circulation library, which was opened to the outside world, and a children's library and circulation lending office were added. In 26 years, the Japanese army occupied Hangxian and closed it down.

The museum was established in 12 (1923), located in the Confucian Temple in Yuhang Town, with 1 curator and 2 staff members, with an annual expenditure of 844 yuan. /kloc-merged into the county people's education museum in 0/8 due to financial difficulties, and then separated. War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression closed after the outbreak.
Yuhang County Cultural Center Library 1950, Yuhang County People's Cultural Center was founded with the library. 1958 after the establishment of yuhang county was revoked, it was changed to yuhang branch of Lin' an county cultural center
Hangxian county library
1950 In March, Hangxian People's Cultural Center was established with a library. 1956 Hangxian Library was established, located in Beiqi Cultural Center, Guifangqiao, Linping Town. Later, it was abolished at the same time as the establishment of Hangxian County.
