According to the general idea of promoting drainage by utilization, ensuring safety by drainage and increasing benefits by safety, we will vigorously implement the "three-step" strategy of comprehensive gas development and utilization, strive to form an industrial cluster of low-concentration gas power generation, make a breakthrough in mine ventilation gas power generation, form an industrial scale by surface gas drainage and utilization, and realize the goal of zero emission of harmful gases in mine production. The annual sales income of the enterprise reaches more than 26 billion yuan, and a resource-saving, environment-friendly, safe and efficient circular economy demonstration industrial park is built.
