Anhui Xinhua University Library was founded on 200 1, which is the standing council of anhui library Society. Located in the center of the college, the library is a landmark building of the college, with a total construction area of over 20,000 square meters. There are 5 reading rooms, 7 lending rooms, 3 professional reference rooms with 1880 seats for reading and self-study.

Taking the construction of "digital resources" as the leader, "serving teaching and scientific research" as the center, and "undergraduate teaching qualification assessment" as the opportunity, the library adheres to the construction idea of "resources are the foundation, technology is the means, and service is the key", actively creates a learning library, optimizes resource allocation, reforms and innovates, improves service quality, and makes the library transform from an information center to a learning center as soon as possible.

The library has set up administrative and business departments such as office, editorial department, circulation reading department, information technology department and information consulting department to optimize traditional services and provide services such as borrowing, reading, online reading and downloading, and information consulting.
