Classmate, you are wrong. First, what bothers you is that there is no progress in your work, and you always feel that you are selling and have learned nothing; Second, you think AIESEC is lying to everyone, mainly about the cost.

Let's solve the first problem first. Telemarketing is not the whole marketing work, but the first step. What about your colleagues? They can get started quickly and get good results at the same time. You only said that you had tried your best, but the first step was not successful. Then how do you do a good job of customer maintenance in the following negotiation contract and learn more lessons from it? AIESEC has only been in Chinese mainland for a few years, so it is reasonable that its popularity is not as high as that of foreign countries. No matter how big a brand is, it can't easily enter the local market, and it takes generations of efforts to get out. The so-called famous enterprise is not to let you put a halo on yourself and then enjoy the worship of customers, but to be more humble and strict with yourself than others. And all marketing work is to let the other party know you from never knowing you. If the other party hears that you are AIESEC, they will praise you and say, Ah, I am willing to cooperate with you. Then you are just an operator on a standard assembly line and have no exercise value for yourself. This is a great wealth of our generation when AIESEC was growing up. Judging from your understanding of ICX's work for one year, you haven't started yet. First of all, learning is in the process of continuous success and failure, constantly communicating with @er, learning from them, and improving your thinking mode, vision, habits and values, followed by the so-called communication and negotiation skills. If you don't carefully observe the things around you and seriously think about why you haven't made progress in doing things, why you haven't learned useful things from so many excellent people, how can you learn anything? Right? I am an alumnus of AIESEC University, and I think my experience in AIESEC will benefit me for life. You'll know later.

Second, you mainly question the non-profit nature of AIESEC. I think you should have been exposed to it when you first entered AIESEC: non-profit means no profit, not that you don't want money. The school is a non-profit organization, so you have to give money to the school. And now the society generally reflects that tuition fees are expensive, so even an MBA that spends a lot of money can't always be said to be profitable. As a member, you haven't touched the financial department, and you don't know what kind of financial support an organization operating in more than 100 countries and 1700 universities needs. I think you will work in a taxi or KTV in the future, and no company's finance will support you. Because of international culture, AIESEC may have more contacts in the circle, but these are not mandatory. If you think you can't afford it, you don't have to attend. At that time, many students around me did not participate much, which did not affect their work.

Finally, AIESEC is very influential in the world, and its influence in China is gradually emerging. If you really work hard at AIESEC and strive for a higher position, you will learn a lot. The platform resources and culture of AIESEC are unique. I hope you can cherish them.

thank you
