Adagio soothing song Tomaso Albinoni Tomaso Albinoni
PS: albinoni's most famous work is Adagio in G minor (that is, this soothing song), so that it is called "Adagio albinoni". However, according to scholars' research, this piece was not made by him. During World War II, Milan musician Remo Giazotto just finished albinoni's biography and catalogue. 1945, he found a manuscript fragment in the Dresden library, which was suspected to be the work of albinoni. Giazotto thought it was very nice, so he wrote a tune with this melody, which was later passed down as Adagio albinoni. It is Giazotto's work, which should be called "Adagio Giazotto", but people still habitually call it "Adagio albinoni".
