3. Follow up the development project in the early stage, and organize the project bidding scheme design and scheme renderings design according to the national laws and regulations, design specifications and standards, the contents of bidding documents and the results of field visits.
4. In the process of engineering scheme design, work closely with budget department, engineering department, ministry of materials and equipment, project department and other relevant professional departments. While considering the design effect, the scheme design should comprehensively consider Party A's requirements, project progress, investment and other factors to ensure that the scheme design is optimized and pragmatic.
5. According to the relevant national laws and regulations on architectural engineering design, design codes and standards, construction technical regulations, bidding documents, requirements of investors and actual situation on site, organize the design of engineering construction drawings and the deepening design of construction drawings, and organize designers to make design disclosure for engineering construction.
6. In the process of design scheme and joint review of drawings, it is necessary to grasp the professional combination between decoration specialty and civil engineering specialty and other related equipment specialty, attach importance to the company's economic interests, adhere to the principle, show the company's advantages and design concepts in decoration design through joint review, establish the company image, and actively cooperate with related majors to carry out professional design work.
7. Go deep into the construction site to check and correct the design problems existing in the construction drawings and related design problems in the engineering construction, organize to deal with the design problems in the construction, and handle the relevant design change negotiation procedures.
8. Go deep into the construction site, check the in-depth understanding of the design drawings and the construction progress according to the drawings, and provide design guidance for the on-site construction team.
9. Organize the on-site surveying and mapping of the actual engineering quantity after the completion of the project, participate in the project completion acceptance, organize the drawing of the as-built drawings, go through the signing and recognition procedures of the as-built drawings, and do a good job in keeping the drawings confidential.

Job responsibilities:
1. According to the functional requirements of Party A, collect relevant information, organize the design team to analyze the project, conceive the design scheme and control the design scheme as a whole. Communicate the project plan with Party A in time.
2. Participate in the organization and management of interior design projects.
3. Carry out engineering construction drawing design and construction drawing deepening design, review drawings, and conduct engineering construction design disclosure. Cooperate and coordinate the on-site construction of various professional contractors, answer questions on site, and improve the design scheme.
Third, the hardcover designer:
Job responsibilities:
1. According to the functional requirements of Party A, assist the chief hardcover designer to collect relevant information, conduct project analysis, and improve and deepen the conceptual scheme of the chief hardcover designer.
2. Cooperate with the budget officer and the material officer to solve the problems in the construction site, put forward solutions or suggestions for the difficulties, mark and take photos if they cannot be solved, report to the company leaders, pay attention to using standardized language, polite attitude and sincere service at the site, and establish a good image of the company.
3. Assist in drawing construction drawings, renderings and drawing review. Cooperate and coordinate the on-site construction of various professional contractors, answer questions on site, and improve the design scheme.
IV. Drafter:
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the analysis of the project scheme, be able to measure the project size according to the requirements of the chief hardcover designer and the hardcover designer, and draw the construction drawing and effect drawing on time with good quality and quantity according to the design scheme and site conditions. And modify the drawings in time according to the change of the scheme.
2. Cooperate with the budget officer and the material officer to solve the problems in the construction site, put forward solutions or suggestions for the difficulties, mark and take photos if they cannot be solved, report to the company leaders, pay attention to using standardized language, polite attitude and sincere service at the site, and establish a good image of the company.
3. Assist designers to communicate with customers, successfully complete design tasks, cooperate with budget and material personnel to complete changes such as project addition and deletion, provide accurate data, and participate in project completion acceptance and data archiving.
