It's best to open an account with a laptop, because at present, I find that there is no WIFI signal coverage in the school, except for large shopping malls in the city center or KFC. In recent years, off-campus business has developed rapidly. Internet cafes outside 2 yuan have a good speed, but now most teachers and students bring their own computers.
