Guangxi Institute of Technology Library 1985 moved from Nanning to Liuzhou with Guangxi Institute of Technology. For more than 20 years, with the concern and attention of leaders at all levels, it has rapidly developed into a new type of library with automation, networking and digitalization. It is the largest library in Liuzhou and has played an important role in meeting the growing demand for literature information in school teaching, scientific research and social services. The library is located in the center of the school, surrounded by lakes and green trees, with an elegant environment. The library is built in two stages. The existing building is the first phase project delivered in June, 1997, with an area of 8238 square meters. The second phase of the project under construction covers an area of 13 159 square meters, and the total area of the library will reach 2 1000 square meters after completion.
