Personal articles mailed shall be subject to a fixed duty-paid price, that is, taxes shall be levied according to the duty-paid price determined in advance by the customs. The tax rate varies from article to article.

The personal goods tax rate for cosmetics is 50%. The specific fixed duty-paid price ranges from 20 to 150, depending on different cosmetics. (See the picture below for details)

If the actual value is far from the fixed customs value, the customs value shall be determined separately.
