The library is located in Hunan Information Vocational and Technical College in Wangcheng, a famous historical and cultural city in Changsha. The two-story building is located in the center of the college, with trees and quiet environment. This is an ideal learning garden. At present, it is a library with a large area in Wangcheng. The whole building is a two-story building with reasonable layout, elegant appearance, a sense of the times and local characteristics. The museum has perfect facilities, advanced equipment and complete functions. The first floor is the main library and circulation hall, and the second floor is the reading place, with electronic reading room, periodical reading room, newspaper reading room and spacious student reading room.
The college library was established in 1980. With the care and support of college leaders, the college library has developed greatly. From the reading room at that time to the library that has begun to take shape now. In April 2003, the college deployed five high-end dedicated library servers by using campus network resources, and built a mobile library and a digital library.
