Zhu Xiuhai, a naval first-class writer, was born in Manchu, Lu Yi, Henan, 1954. He served in the Wuhan Military Region, the Second Artillery Corps and the Navy, and participated in the Vietnam War twice. He started literary creation from 65438 to 0978. Member of Chinese Writers Association, member of Chinese Reportage Society and academician of Henan College of Literature.
