Hello, according to the relevant regulations of Shanghai Library's borrowing resources, foreign language books are not allowed to be borrowed by ordinary borrowing cards. If you want to borrow foreign books, you need to apply for a reference library card.

Foreign newspapers and periodicals, internal materials, design and Japanese books are not lent out, and loose-leaf books in the reading room of foreign book meeting records, non-English books and reference books in the "non-lending area" are not lent out.

Foreign language books can be checked out. The process is as follows

1. After you find the book you need on the shelf, please go to the verification desk to borrow it.

2. Required documents: I have a valid library card.

3. Number of loans: each card is limited to 5.

4. Lending period: 28 days.

5. Renew the lease: the lease can be renewed once within the loan term.

6. Overdue fee: 0.50 yuan per book per day.

7. Return: Please return to the foreign language area on the fourth floor of our library.
