3. The phenomenon that readers use pencils, ballpoint pens and other pens to smear or scratch, annotate or deface books is regarded as defaced books; If the defaced place can be repaired, such as pencil drawing, it will not affect the use and I can take the initiative to repair it, and I can be exempted from punishment after education; If the stain cannot be repaired, depending on the seriousness of the case, each page will be compensated 1-5 yuan.

4. Readers violate the relevant behavior regulations in the Library's Instructions for Entering the Library, disobey the staff management, and affect the reading environment of the library. Staff have the right to record violations and stop borrowing 1 month.
