The new Dazhou Library covers an area of 14426 square meters. The whole building is divided into three crystals by artistic angle cutting, symbolizing the three themes of Dazhou red culture, folk culture and Ba culture, showing a simple, modern and open cultural image, forming a fascinating architectural landscape, which is a landmark building in Dazhou new city.
On April 23rd, 20 16, the new Dazhou Library was officially opened, with more than 600,000 books and 1000 reading seats. It is a modern public library integrating traditional literature resources and modern digital resources, and will become a regional literature research center, digital learning center, mass cultural and educational activity center and cultural and artistic exhibition center in Dazhou.
