Service features of Suzhou University Library: The library adheres to the principle of reader first and service first, and constantly improves the service mode, forming the following features:

1。 Full-open shelf of books and periodicals: integrating collection and reading, borrowing, reading and returning all cards. Microcomputer operation is simple and convenient.

2。 Long opening hours: it is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7: 00 p.m. every day 10:00, and the opening hours in a week exceed 100 hours. Weekends, legal holidays, winter and summer vacations all guarantee certain opening hours.

3。 Diversified services: Besides borrowing, returning and reading, it also provides services such as reader training, bibliography retrieval, literature retrieval, new book notification, reading navigation, borrowing date reminder, document copying and book keeping. There is a suggestion box in the lobby. The Library Working Committee meets regularly to solicit opinions, and handles all opinions regularly, and gives a public reply in written form.
