Three, for the refund of the card, the provisions of the lost replacement:

1. When returning the card, the reader must provide the original ID card or the original household registration book and the original card. Only after paying off the borrowed books and periodicals and the fees owed, can the deposit of the original card and the pre-deposit balance in the card be returned.

If the reader loses his/her reader card, he/she should report the loss immediately. If the loss is not reported in time, the loss shall be borne by the reader himself. Readers pay off the borrowed documents and the fees owed, and pay the fees 10 yuan. He can reissue the card according to the above conditions, and the original card will be invalid.
