Digital Library Forum is the only official publication named after a digital library, sponsored by China Institute of Science and Technology Information (ISTIC) Beijing Wan Fang Data Co., Ltd., the director of the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is also a professional popular science magazine with digital library as its main content.
