At the unveiling ceremony of Shuhua Library of Putian University and the bronze statue of Confucius, Mr. Chen Dezhen, Secretary General of Fangshutang Fund, said that the founders of the fund, Fang Runhua and his son, had been devoted to education and charity in their hometown and donated Shuhua Library.

Putian College Library consists of three libraries: Kong Zi Campus Library, College Campus Central Library and College Campus North Library, with a total construction area of 54,337.4 square meters. The library of the North Campus of Xueyuan Campus covers an area of 6,328 square meters. It was delivered in June 5438 +2003 10, and was named Shu Hua Library.
