Tianjin University of Commerce (TUC for short) is an institution of higher learning that focuses on business, with management, economy, engineering, law, literature, science and art supporting each other and developing in a coordinated way. It is a key university in Tianjin and the first batch of pilot universities in China to reform the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.
Tianjin University of Commerce, formerly known as Tianjin Business School, was founded by the former Ministry of Commerce and Tianjin Municipal People's Government in 1980. From 65438 to 0998, the management system was jointly established by the central and local governments, with local management as the mainstay. In 2007, Tianjin University of Commerce was renamed Tianjin University of Commerce.
