Please judge the timing and usage of the blue screen, and then follow the following process.

2. Hardware (memory, display adapter, power supply, hard disk) has been recently replaced or expanded.

3. It is particularly easy to generate blue screen when executing specific software.

1. 1- Remove external hardware devices (external sound card, network card, portable disk, etc. ).

1.2- Reinstall the driver, or restore the operating system and confirm the correct operation steps.

2. Hardware (memory, display adapter, power adapter, hard disk, etc. ) has recently been replaced or installed.

2. 1- Confirm that the added hardware is compatible with the motherboard.

2.2- For installing the display adapter, please confirm that the power adapter is sufficient to support the power consumption of the display adapter, and install the driver provided by official website.

2.3- Update the BIOS of the motherboard

2.4- Connect the added equipment to other equipment for testing.

3. BSOD is particularly easy to generate when executing specific software.

3. 1- Confirm that the software is compatible with the operating system.

3.2- Try running as system administrator or in compatibility mode.

3.3- Reinstall the software and confirm that the installation steps are correct and there are no errors in the middle.

3.4- Try to install it on other computers with the same operating system environment to confirm whether it is a software problem.
