The readers of Feng's Stereoscopic Early Learning Method have asked me thousands of parenting questions for a long time, urging me to study and think deeply about early learning. Among many questions, one touched my heart most, that is: how did you fall in love with early education decades ago? What touched your nerves in your early education? Is the early education started at the age of 0 really worthy of your intoxication and obsession?

This question often makes me meditate silently: yes, what prompted me to embark on the road of early education? I've been crazy for decades. Why? What's the point of my hard work?

So I started looking back. Looking back on my journey, I found that I have been engaged in the educational practice and research of children and adolescents for nearly 55 years. In the first 25 years, from primary school to university, I also worked in education bureau and teaching institute. In the past 30 years, I have specialized in early childhood education. In the first 20 years of teaching, I knew nothing about prenatal education and prenatal education knowledge, and I didn't know what "early education from 0 years old" was.

Later, I became interested in early education, not because I accidentally got a "heavenly book", but because I have been a class teacher, a young pioneers counselor, a principal, a teaching researcher for a long time, and I have been in contact with a large number of primary and secondary school students and college students. In addition, I have had the experience of raising my own son, so many lingering problems have troubled me for a long time.

Why are some children full of vigor and vitality, having fun, being self-motivated and getting excellent grades? However, some children are urged, forced, coaxed, cheated and scolded endlessly by their parents, but they still do not make progress. Are the advantages and disadvantages of children born or born, and where are the roots?

Why do children before primary school relax and do nothing, but as soon as they go to primary school, they immediately bear a heavy learning burden and can't finish their homework? Later, the heavier the burden of primary and secondary school students, the more children's learning tasks greatly exceeded the workload of adults. Why?

Why in many families, children can still enjoy family happiness when they are young, but once they grow into teenagers, a "barrier" is quickly built between the two generations (people call it the "generation gap"), and there is almost no common language. Isn't it the greatest sorrow in life that you can't become a bosom friend after eating in a pot for more than ten years?

China's education has always advocated and praised that "there is no limit to learning, but the bitter cold produces plum blossoms", but there are only a handful of top scientists, inventors, engineers and even senior technicians and mechanics among the trained talents, so that there is no Nobel Prize winner among the population of 654.38+300 million? Why is this?

1978, with so many reasons, I began to enter the specialized field of education and scientific research, and happened to meet the great era of "reform and opening up" in China, so I was lucky enough to come into contact with many educational works at home and abroad, including karl witte, Tao Xingzhi, Chen Heqin, Kimura Jiuyi, Mrs. Steiner and Glen. The theories of masters such as Doman, Suzuki and Inoue Zheng brought me into the new world of early education. As if an infinitely vast and full of vitality suddenly appeared in front of me. I am extremely excited and happy, and many "whys" have begun to dissolve. Since then, I have been so obsessed with early education that I have been unable to extricate myself for 30 years. ...

I remember watching Japanese cartoon TV pantomime Astro Boy with my children. When I saw Astro Boy's magical power and opened the door to "another world", the scene of the conventional world inside changed: animals can walk on the water, people can fly to the sky, trees grow across the ground, and colorful winds are floating in the air ... I was surprised and happy in my heart: Yes, people have stayed in the conventional world for a long time, but they will never find a new world! But as long as you explore the law to imagine and innovate, the new world is everywhere: iron balls float in the space world, petals clink in the low temperature world, animals in the underwater world lose their vision, and you can find the "new world" even if you fly.

It was a severe winter, with continuous rain, biting wind and withered flowers and trees. Return to Wuhan after visiting the juvenile class of Chinese University of Science and Technology. My eyes suddenly lit up when the plane flew straight above the clouds. In the high-altitude world, a brand-new landscape suddenly appeared: blue sky above, boundless white clouds at the foot, and the distant sunlight and clouds are as magnificent as a mirage ... The contrast between that scene and the ground is so great that the Monkey King seems to suddenly enter a fairyland. My mood suddenly brightened up like a gorgeous flower.

So I recalled the scene of discovering a new world in the fairy-tale TV series Astro Boy, and thought: I will take the road of early education reform and innovation, follow the footsteps of karl witte and others, and find a "new world of education" starting at the age of 0! I also thought: in natural science projects, guns easily replaced spears, trains and cars sent wagons to museums, movies and CDs eliminated singing in teahouses, and even the mysterious radio communication-telegraph was swept away by the overwhelming "mobile phone tide" in just a few years. In the field of social sciences, Comrade Xiaoping proposed reform and opening up, which has brought about earth-shaking changes in China society; Didn't the great pioneering work of "one country, two systems" immediately return Hong Kong and Macao to the embrace of the motherland? Innovation can indeed open up a new world and a new era, but why can't there be breakthroughs and innovations in the reform of education? Is it doomed that the education of the next generation can only crawl in a damp and dark corner like a snail? It is often seen that children study harder and harder, and students with higher academic qualifications are more and more tired of learning.

So in the five years of 1978- 1983, I devoted myself to studying the theory of enlightenment education at all times and at all times, doing experiments and writing millions of words of study notes and handouts. The more you learn, the more inspired you are, and the more you learn, the more passionate you are. Then I made up my mind to start my obsession with early education for 30 years, just like running a martial arts training school.

But I am alone and empty-handed: no power, no money, no house, no employees. It's hard to start a business on the ground! Had to "a pen, a mouth, a monthly ticket two legs" lectures everywhere, raise money everywhere. Finally, I raised 6000 yuan and founded the first early education research institute in China. Although the institute is humble, with an office less than 20 square meters, several desks, a telephone and a typewriter, that's all, but it is as precious in my heart as Madame Curie's experimental shed for refining radium! I think this will be the destination of my life. As long as I have breath, I will persist in the educational innovation of the institute, have no regrets in this life, and wait for the afterlife.

I will always thank the old-timers in China academic circles, such as Yu Guangyuan, Fei Xiaotong, Qian Xuesen, Zhang, and other famous scholars, who wrote me letters, wrote inscriptions, interviewed me, listened to my reports, gave me advice and selflessly supported the cause of early education. Their sharp eyes are optimistic that early education is "a major event of human progress" and gave me the most enthusiastic support and encouragement.

What should I give back to society?

After nearly 30 years of exploration, I found a brand-new "baby world" and "early education world". Many new things and strange phenomena have never been heard of or seen in my previous 25 years of educational experience: early education can not only improve the quality of every child generally, but also cultivate many excellent teenagers; The growth track of a large number of children proves that infants and young children seem to be "superficial" and have great potential, and they are all the "superficial rich mines" that are the easiest to develop; Their special psychological function "unconscious adaptive learning" easily solves almost all major problems in life; They have very special cognitive skills: acquiring sensitivity, impressional memory, situational understanding, instinctive imitation and interest exploration; They don't know the difficulty of learning, the ease of learning, the bitterness of learning and the joy of learning. They are willing to accept if they are interested, and refuse if they are not interested. No matter what kind of life experience is in the "second gestation", it will build a "subconscious plate" for people's psychological development throughout their lives. ...

So I put forward many new ideas of early education: "human beings should re-recognize babies"; It is necessary to greatly enrich their spiritual life within the range that their body and mind can bear; On the premise of stimulating interest, early education is not subject-oriented, systematic, regardless of depth and lack of understanding; It is necessary to educate children about love, sublimate blood love, and put an end to doting; Let "psychological life" and "physical life" be cultivated at the same time; Let "visual language" and "auditory language" develop simultaneously; "Put the cultivation of good character in the first place" and so on. I advocate "all-round, three-dimensional and multi-angle" education for children, so as to strengthen their physique, optimize their personality and exercise their will, thus improving their "basic quality" in a rich and happy life-"the mother of high-quality talents". This is the "three-dimensional" early education.

I think early education is by no means a "teaching education" to preach, teach and solve doubts, nor a "plane teaching" to train skills several times a week, but a "three-dimensional education" to enrich daily life. Early education should provide children with the environment and conditions of "all-round development, full development and development with individuality", provide interesting and beneficial life content, provide a good environment, provide guidance from family members, provide conditions for the development of "visual language", provide positive psychological hints and encouragement, make children develop imperceptibly and naturally, and let them learn to live, care, learn to learn and think unconsciously ... Good children. He instinctively shows great potential and learns well, just as every child can learn a perfect standard mother tongue in his hometown language environment.

Therefore, I put forward the "early education revolution-Feng's three-dimensional early teaching method", hoping to give children the same sunshine, air and water, so that they can fully bathe in an interesting and beneficial spiritual life and get the best development of their physical, intellectual, moral, aesthetic, labor and psychological qualities. Three-dimensional early teaching method is different from early teaching method and early plane teaching method in principle. We should advocate early education based on scientific views on talents, education and parent-child relationship, which is a brand-new theory and method of early human education.

I kept searching in the new world of early education, summed up a new set of laws and theories, and used some new terms to explain some of my new discoveries. Maybe some people find it hard to accept these new terms, but I think foreigners can sum up so many terms in the field of educational psychology, so why can't we China people create theories and terms with China characteristics in the process of practice? In front of many old-timers of educational psychology, I will use these terms to express my research ideas for the time being, in order to get criticism and correction from experts.

At the same time, in the process of traveling to the new world of early education, I constantly savor the ups and downs of parenting by my parents through the ages. I am grateful for the success of many outstanding talents at all times and all over the world because of their parents' unconscious "three-dimensional early education", because these parents gave the pillars the roots of growth and the source of irrigation at the seedling stage. On the other hand, I also see that the era has entered the 2 1 century, and many young people are still "inadvertently giving birth to children and being parents". I really have infinite feelings: no wonder there are so many "parents' regrets" in human society, and even some parents have paid "love efforts" and harvested "bitter blood and tears", which makes me infinitely sad.

So I deeply dream:

I hope that scientific parenting will become the main theme of the harmonious life of hundreds of millions of families, just as the late Vice Chairman the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) told me when he saw me, and appealed to Guangming Daily: "Let the 0-year-old program" Feng's Stereoscopic Morning Teaching Method "enter thousands of households!" It is hoped that the sigh of "poverty leads to change", which has been circulated for thousands of years, can be rewritten as the joy of "happy family" for future generations.

I hope that the talents of the motherland will come forth in large numbers, and each generation will be better than the next. It has not only trained a high-quality and creative workforce, but also, as President Hu Jintao said, trained "world-class top scientists", "world-class science masters", "world-class scientific and technological leaders" and "a large number of young and middle-aged experts". We should turn the heavy population burden into endless talent resources, and turn hard parenting into infinite sweet family happiness!

I hope that the whole society will study early education from the age of 0, care about its vigorous development, extend to rural areas and remote mountainous areas, and make contributions to building a harmonious society as a whole.

I hope that "children's potential development and scientific early education" will become one of the compulsory courses for college graduates and prospective parents; At the same time, it is hoped that people with lofty ideals and institutions of higher learning will actively establish early education teachers colleges and train a large number of outstanding baby nurses and early education teachers.

I am eager to establish many "one-stop" educational experimental bases from infants to high school graduates, even the first juvenile university in the world, and establish a "model city" for early education. The demonstration city will concentrate excellent preschool teachers and a large number of young volunteers to participate in it, and announce the power of early education to the world with universal, large-scale and particularly remarkable parenting achievements in a few years, proving that it is a "great event of human progress" and a "new awakening of human civilization".

I hope all parents in the world can realize that you already have regrets about your childhood, but you can't give your child a regretful childhood; You may not be a genius, but you can still be a genius parent!

Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly pointed out in their decision to solve the population problem as a whole that it is necessary to "vigorously popularize the scientific knowledge of parenting and family education and carry out early education for infants." This has brought a mighty spring breeze to early education, and we have never been so encouraged and encouraged in the past 30 years!
