We use the morning exercises every day to organize colorful group games and exercise various basic movements in a planned way. Walking the bamboo ladder once a week is very popular with children. We made paper cups, parachutes, frisbees, tensioners and other sports toys, actively participated in children's activities, chased and ran with the children, patted the ball and threw the frisbee, and jumped and played with the children. Our enthusiasm and devotion infected every child. Everyone can actively and happily participate in outdoor activities, and children's movements are more coordinated and sensitive.
Second, take children's life as the background, preset theme activities and implement curriculum integration.
1, after the promulgation of the new syllabus, our activities are mainly the combination of themes and fields. Because of children's age characteristics and surrounding environment, children have less opportunities to produce activities themselves. Mainly, teachers need to be good at grasping the opportunity, according to children's interests and needs, and selectively put forward topics directly from their unclear but valuable content to generate content that promotes children's learning. This school year, starting from the topic habits that children are interested in and closely related to their lives, we have produced seasonal theme activities such as Autumn and Beautiful Spring, and carried out a series of activities around these themes, actively guiding children in an environment that can generate exploration behavior, and providing rich materials in time to enrich and deepen our theme activities.
2, combined with the theme activities to carry out independent games, provide rich and effective materials for children, and guide children to actively explore and learn in a free and relaxed atmosphere. We have set up many areas, such as school district, science district, living district, performance district and handicraft district. According to the age characteristics of children, the overall goal of education and teaching in this class and the ongoing theme activities, the regional activity goals of each stage are put forward step by step, and a large number of interesting and practical game contents are compiled, and the activity contents and materials are constantly updated. Children have opportunities and plenty of time for activities every day, and pay attention to guidance, constantly add relevant content and encourage children to explore. In the theme activity of "Color World", we guide children to decorate with circular closed lines of various colors and learn to make gyroscopes in the science area, and guide children to discover and feel the color changes when they rotate. Another example is: in the theme activity of "Hot Summer", we provide various props and materials for children in the performance area, and guide children to use materials to express all kinds of weather cooperatively. Providing children with various materials and paying more attention to guiding children to explore deeply not only enriches the theme activities but also enables children to develop in an all-round way.
3. Re-recognize the value of the environment and let the wall speak.
Before school started, we spent a lot of time and energy decorating beautiful activity room walls for children. However, this did not attract much attention from children. Children seem to have long been used to the colorful environment arranged by the teacher, and what can make children participate is only the outdoor homework column or a little space we set aside. In the theme activity of "Color World", we changed this practice and tried to decorate the activity room environment with children. Together with the children, we hung the colored paper rings made by the children in the activity room one by one, and the homemade paper-dyed dolls were pasted on the main wall one by one. They cheered, "Our classroom is really beautiful!" It turns out that what children like best is the environment in which they really participate. In future theme activities, with the development of theme activities, encourage children to actively participate in the creation of the environment, appreciate and accept children's artistic expression, and guide children to experience the fun of hands-on and creation. In our theme environment, there are children's hand-painted works, materials provided by us, pictures, photos and articles collected by children, as well as children's observation records and activity records, which constantly enrich and adjust the theme environment of our class and truly play the value of the environment.
Listen to stories and cultivate children's listening habits.
At the beginning of school, we found that many children are willing to speak in group activities, but they can't listen quietly to what their peers or teachers say; When watching TV and listening to stories, you can't watch or listen quietly. You often talk about topics that have nothing to do with the present and lack good listening habits. Good listening habits help children improve their language ability and develop good study habits and willpower. We think it is necessary to cultivate children's good listening habits. This semester we use music games, before and after meals, before and after leaving the garden, etc. Guide children to listen to stories quietly and repeatedly, and invite them to tell stories every once in a while. Gradually, children become more and more interested in listening to stories and telling stories. Parents report that children can listen to the stories on the tape recorder quietly at home. We have provided some information about the theme activities that have been carried out, such as interviews and observation records of children with teachers, and "My Notebook" made by children. Parents saw their children's progress and colorful activities in the class through their children's works and notebooks, which aroused great concern of parents, and our work was also understood and supported by parents. In order to let parents know their children's situation in kindergarten regularly, we take the initiative to communicate with each parent when picking up and dropping off in the morning and evening. If parents need to cooperate with major activities of the class, we will inform them in writing to let parents know the purpose and task of each activity. The Handbook of Early Childhood Assessment, which is sent and received every month, is also a bridge between us and our parents. At the parent-teacher meeting, we recommended several recording methods to parents, which was very enlightening to parents. 2. Actively strive for parents' resources and enrich theme activities. Every theme activity will be launched soon. We will introduce the objectives of the theme activities and some major activities to parents in time through the family window, so that each parent can know about the activities being carried out in the class. In the process of generating the theme activity "Chinese New Year", we designed a "parent questionnaire" to ask parents to put forward their views on sports and sincerely listen to their suggestions and demands. Parents made suggestions one after another, among which we adopted the suggestion of Yuyuan's mother and successfully launched the "Great Challenge" game, so that every child had the opportunity to show his special skills in front of everyone. In the theme activity of "Hot Summer", parents actively cooperated and led their children to collect all kinds of weather information. The information provided by parents aroused the children's interest in visiting the weather station and led to the visit. With the strong support and cooperation of parents, the theme activities of our class can be carried out smoothly and effectively.
3. Organize parent-child activities to bring families closer and enhance parent-child feelings. Combined with the theme activity of "Beautiful Spring", the parent-child activity of "Let's go for a spring outing" was launched. Through our warm invitation, all parents took part in this activity. Parents and children are dancing rhythmic exercises on the lawn and playing three-legged games with warm and cheerful music. Iii. Teaching and research work:

2. Adhere to the teaching and research work of one class per week. The faculty and staff carefully summed up the situation in the past week, found out the existing problems, analyzed the reasons, and discussed the corresponding measures to make the weekly work focused, targeted and effective.
Fourth, the existing problems:
1, some children are picky eaters, some don't like meat, some don't eat vegetables, and some don't eat fruit. Some children are inattentive and eat slowly, and their eating habits need to be improved.
2. In study habits, some children are not easy to concentrate; Some children are willing to talk, but they don't like to use their brains and follow the trend; Other children love to interrupt and don't answer questions loudly enough.
3. Many children have bad reading habits, don't take care of books, and the books are seriously damaged. We should strengthen the cultivation of reading habits next semester.
