Chairman of Changsha Federation of Literary and Art Circles, first-class writer, member of Chinese Writers Association. 1960 After graduating from Hunan No.1 Normal School, she worked in primary schools and children's palaces for more than 20 years. 1986 works in Changsha Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

Li Shaobai began to publish his literary works on 1978, which are mainly composed of children's poems, fairy tales, fables, essays, juvenile literature and lyrics.
