How should the tutor organize the documents?
There are six important steps for the tutor to organize the literature: retrieval, recording, sorting, collection, reading and writing, and archiving.

1, search

You can consult your tutor or other scholars and students in this field first to understand the key documents. Check the references of key documents and read articles that are repetitive or just related to your interests.

Step 2 record

Establish an information management system with Refworks or EndNote; To avoid duplication, please record the keywords of your search. Record the searched categories, databases, bibliographies and websites, and mark their contents and acquisition methods.

Step 3: Arrange

Prioritize the obtained documents according to the topic, abstract or tutor's suggestion, and explain the reasons for this arrangement. Considering which period of literature you need, the current research progress is still early basic research.

Step 4 get

Print out documents from the database, photocopy articles and chapters, or borrow books you want to study. Control the number of books you buy. Most documents can be obtained from the university's resource library.

5. Direct reading recording

Before you start reading literature, make clear the purpose of reading. The first and most important step in reading is to understand the main findings or arguments of literature and their influence on application, future research, theoretical interpretation and research methods. The next step is to compare the similarities and differences of findings, arguments, assumptions, advantages and disadvantages, and find out the relationship between key points and their own research.

Step 6 present

From the beginning, standardized filing methods were used. References can be filed in alphabetical order according to the author's name, or in the order of searching topics, topics or keywords in the electronic database.
