The construction contents include ordinary classrooms, professional classrooms, libraries, canteens, restaurants, comprehensive buildings, wind and rain playgrounds and a 250-meter runway. There are 48 classes in Xinhai Community Primary School, and it is estimated that 2 160 new degrees will be added. The project started construction in September 20021year, and is scheduled to be put into use in September 2024.
