We don't provide any form of off-site handling or agency, and the first handling is free of charge.

China citizens with People's Republic of China (PRC) identity cards can register through the website of the National Library or various online service platforms provided by the mobile Internet. You need to fill in basic information, real name, gender, nationality, ID number and other identity information when registering. After the system is approved, they can become real-name registered users.

2. Non-real name users

Readers can register through the website of the National Library or various online service platforms provided by the mobile Internet. When registering, you need to fill in the basic information and verify the validity by email or mobile phone verification code in order to become a non-real name registered user.

Matters needing attention in using library card:

1, each person is limited to one reader card. ?

This reader card is for personal use only. Please don't lend it to me.

3. The reader card is only for individual users and does not provide any form of remote handling or collective/others agency.

4. After three years, you need to go to the registration office to verify the registration. The reading function of readers' cards and children's library readers' cards that are not registered on time will be stopped;

If it is necessary to restore the use, you must go through the verification and registration formalities at the registration office with your original ID card and reader's card, and no one else may do it on your behalf.

5. When returning the deposit, you must go to the corresponding reading room/service point to pay off the borrowed books. After confirming that there is no debt, I will go to the registration office to handle the deposit refund formalities with my reader card, original ID card and deposit receipt. If you entrust others to handle it on your behalf, you must also submit the original valid ID card of the handler.
