Seven, strengthen the implementation of responsibility.

County, district culture, radio, film and television tourism bureaus should fully implement the responsibility of territorial management under the leadership of party committees and governments at the same level. Establish the responsibility system for county leaders to subcontract A-level tourist attractions, and the resource development department will formulate special plans.
