Borrowing books is a universal library card in the city. All libraries in the city can borrow books and return them nearby.

You can apply for a card with your ID card. There are different levels of deposit-free card handling. The more you save, the more books you borrow. Generally, you can borrow it for 3 weeks for free, and you can renew it online for 2 weeks before it expires. If you don't return it after the time limit, you will be fined 2 cents per book every day.

There is no time limit for library cards. If you don't want to use it, go to the library to return the card and get a deposit.
