The campus of the National People's Congress is open to the outside world without restrictions. According to the inquiry of China Renmin University, China Renmin University can visit without a campus card. In addition to student dormitories, libraries and personal research teaching buildings, other places can be visited free of charge. China Renmin University, referred to as the National People's Congress for short, is a university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and a unit directly under the central government. It is jointly built by the Ministry of Education and Beijing, ranking among the first batch of double-class universities in China.
