Established in 1927, Henan Museum is one of the earliest museums in China and the first batch of national museums jointly built by the central and local governments. There are more than 0.7 million pieces (sets) of cultural relics in Henan Museum, especially prehistoric cultural relics, Shang and Zhou bronzes, ceramics, jade articles and stone carvings.
