Can I use someone else's card to enter the library of Tohoku University in Japan?
I can't. According to official website of Northeastern University, libraries use other people's cards to enter. Once the library is found, its one-card access, reservation and borrowing rights will be stopped according to regulations. Students must have their own campus cards, which can be swiped into the library to borrow and make appointments. Use other people's cards to enter the library and do other library-related operations.
