First, implement the appointment system. Readers can make an online reservation. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the library. Older readers (60 years old and above) and disabled readers do not need to make an appointment, and register with their ID cards or readers' confirmed names.
2. Before entering the library, the reader must prepare the "health code" and "boarding card" of the day, and take the temperature on the spot. Only people with normal temperature, health code and travel card can enter the library. Those who can't provide health code and travel card, those with abnormal health code, those with "*" travel card, and those with abnormal body temperature during examination will be prohibited from entering the library or advised to return. During their stay in the museum, readers must always wear masks, keep a distance of 1 m, and abide by various epidemic prevention and control regulations.
3. Readers who have difficulty in using smart phones can register with valid certificates such as personal health status declaration card (i.e. paper version of Su Kang code) and ID card (reader's card) issued by the community, sign personal health commitment letter, and take normal temperature measurement before entering the library.
Four, our library real-time control of the density of people entering the library, the daily maximum carrying capacity and instantaneous maximum carrying capacity are strictly controlled within the approved value range, and appropriate adjustments are made according to the real-time number of people entering the library.
