It's free. Nanle County Library was established in 1988. In recent years, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance for free opening, the library has set up six service windows, including natural science, social science, children's reading room and electronic reading room, as well as counseling department, lecture hall and study room, to serve people from all walks of life.
