Mai Jia wrote it on 1986. His main works include five novels, five short stories, two collections of essays, and nearly one hundred TV series, such as Decryption, Plot Against the Wind (screenwriter). His works have won many awards: Decryption won the first place in the China novel list of the Chinese Fiction Society in 2002, and was nominated for the 6th National Book Award and the 6th Mao Dun Literature Award; Plot Against Me won the 4th Sichuan Literature Award, the 7th Jin Furong Prize of Chengdu Municipal People's Government and the 7th Mao Dun Literature Award.
Mai Jia lives in Chengdu. He has published many novels, such as Decryption, Assassination Tales, The Secret of Purple, Underground Sky, Let the Masked Man Speak, etc. The characters in his works are a group of talented agents with extraordinary wisdom. Their writing style is absurd and paranoid, and they are the pioneers of China's "new intellectual novels" and "special novels".
